Janie Buie has been a Real Estate Agent for 6 years. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, she owned and operated a contracting company along with her husband for 14 years before losing him to cancer. She soon realized that she had goals beyond her current situation and applied to Tomball College School of Real Estate. Once she received her license and experienced the satisfaction and fulfillment of what the Real Estate industry had to offer, she grew to love her new career.
About 5 years ago, she decided it was time to leave Houston for a quieter, slower paced lifestyle in a place that her family loving calls "The Farm." She has lived around the Bryan/College Station area for about three years now and has loved all the experiences of living in a new city and meeting new people. With the hustle and bustle of Bryan/College Station, Janie hardly misses Houston.
Janie is a mother of three sons and one daughter all of whom live in Houston. She is lovingly referred to by her gorgeous grandchildren--Brittany, Nick, and Ron--as "Nana." She has numerous animals: 3 dogs and 2 cats. When she is not working to find just the right home for her clients, she enjoys woodworking, painting, needlepoint, and embroidery. Janie absolutely loves country living!
